The Answers You Need
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 4 pm.Â
We can sometimes agree to early check-in, however, there is an additional charge of £20 and this needs to be arranged in advance.
WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO CHECK OUT BY?
We kindly ask for our guests to have left by 10 am.Â
This allows us enough time to clean and prepare for our next guests. We do not accept late check outs.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We allow one small-medium size dog and charge £5 per night. We will also allow a house cat/rabbit.
All pets must be kept on a lead at all times during your stay.
CAN I ARRANGE A SUPERMARKET DELIVERY DURING OUR STAY?
Of course! The following supermarkets will deliver; Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Please use our address and tell them which accommodation you are staying in.
DO I HAVE ACCESS TO A WASHING MACHINE?
Our properties do not have washing machines. We provide a laundry service so you don't need to think about it!
A single load of washing costs £7 and will be delivered back to you ready to hang out to dry.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO HAVE A BBQ?
Each property has a BBQ ready for us, you just need to buy your own charcoal. We kindly ask that you do not build fires to cook on in the woods or meadows.
ARE WE ALLOWED VISITORS DURING OUR STAY?
We know many of our guests and friends or family nearby. They are allowed to visit, but we kindly ask that they stay within the area of your accommodation and do not wander the grounds. This is to ensure that Durian House remains peaceful for our other guests.
We require all visitors to have left by 11 pm and to keep the noise level down. No additional guests are allowed to stay the night.
